Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations after approving the estimate and setting project date. After this is done we will have ordered the product. If you need to cancel, please do so before approving the estimate.

warranty information:

We offer a 2 year Warranty for any issues that arise due to product application.

Insurance Coverage:

We have a million dollar policy coverage, to protect us and your home or business, just in case!

Care and Maintenance:

Use a soft sponge with a gentle or natural cleaner.

DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING:

• high alkaline or strong acid cleaners.                      

• abrasive pads, steel wool, wire brushes, metal scrapers, or anything that may scratch your surfaces.

• abrasive cleaners, or cleaners that contain bleach. Prolonged exposure to bleach will cause discoloration.

• allow the surface to come in contact with acidic substances like lemon, lime or other fruit juices, vinegar, etc. This may cause surfaces to discolor.

By using a gentle and natural cleaner you will prolong the life of your surfaces.
